Terms of Use for CRM Training

These terms govern the use of our digital training offerings in the area of CRM and customer management.

1. Scope and Subject of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all training courses, classes, and digital systems offered via guideforcrm.com. The subject is the teaching of knowledge in CRM and customer management.

By booking a training course, you accept these terms. Deviating regulations require written confirmation.

2. Rights and Obligations of Users

You undertake to use the training content exclusively for personal or internal use. Passing on access data or course materials to third parties is not permitted.

  • You are responsible for the security of your login details.
  • You use the digital systems in a legally compliant manner and without disrupting operations.
  • You report technical problems immediately to info@guideforcrm.com.

3. Scope of Services and Availability

We provide the booked training courses and classes in the form described. Technically related downtimes are possible; we strive for high availability.

Changes to the Offer

We reserve the right to update content, provided this serves to improve the quality of the training. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

4. Payment Terms and Withdrawal

The fees for training courses are due before the course starts. In the event of payment default, we may block access. Withdrawal is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start; thereafter, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

  • Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, insofar as no essential contractual obligations are affected.

The training content serves to impart knowledge; we assume no guarantee for specific results in customer management.

6. Termination of Use

You may terminate your use at any time by canceling your access. We may block access if you violate these terms. After termination, your rights to services already rendered remain in effect.

In the event of violations, we reserve the right to take legal action.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may adjust these terms of use at any time. We will inform you of significant changes by email. If you do not object within four weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.

8. Contact and Legal Disputes

For all legal matters, our customer service is available at info@guideforcrm.com. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
